Isso significa que s\u00e3o eles quem decidem todos os elementos sobre o Evento em si, sobre o n\u00famero de ingressos, sobre o n\u00famero de participantes, as regras de acesso aos Eventos, as pol\u00edticas de reembolso, as trocas de titularidade etc., ou seja:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o define a pol\u00edtica de troca de titularidade do <\/span><b>Organizador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do Evento. Se essa n\u00e3o estiver dispon\u00edvel na <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a troca n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser feita dentro da <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00c9 o <\/span><b>Organizador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do <\/span><b>Evento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quem define qual a pol\u00edtica aplic\u00e1vel. Cabe ao <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> portanto, buscar a informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre qual a pol\u00edtica espec\u00edfica do <\/span><b>Evento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que deseja participar;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o define e nem gerencia a pol\u00edtica de reembolso de valores do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cabe ao <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, portanto, informar-se sobre a pol\u00edtica aplic\u00e1vel ao <\/span><b>Evento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">com o <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cancelar a sua compra e solicitar o reembolso do ingresso;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos os nossos <\/span><b>Ingressos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ser\u00e3o enviados para o e-mail indicado quando da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento. Se voc\u00ea tiver uma conta associada ao e-mail indicado, voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 visualizar o ingresso, a qualquer momento, na sua <\/span><b>Conta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">da <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets Events dentro da \u00e1rea de meus ingressos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Voc\u00ea \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela seguran\u00e7a e confidencialidade desse <\/span><b>Ingresso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para receber nossas mensagens, voc\u00ea precisa fazer uma verifica\u00e7\u00e3o nas configura\u00e7\u00f5es do sistema anti-spam (e similares) da sua caixa de e-mails. O n\u00e3o recebimento do ingresso, quando causado por erros nessas configura\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o gerar\u00e1 qualquer tipo de expectativa de direito ou indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o pela <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> n\u00e3o se responsabiliza de forma alguma por ingressos adquiridos fora da <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dentro da <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, as compras devem passar por um processo de an\u00e1lise, tanto para confer\u00eancia de dados da compra quanto para confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de pagamento. Se encontrarmos alguma fragilidade nesse processo, a compra pode n\u00e3o ser aprovada ou cancelada. A <\/span><b>Lets <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigada a aprovar todas as transa\u00e7\u00f5es que acontecem na sua plataforma.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o!<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela realiza\u00e7\u00e3o, qualidade e\/ou manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos <\/span><b>Eventos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">postados na sua <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tem nenhuma gest\u00e3o ou ger\u00eancia sobre os <\/span><b>Eventos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">postados na sua <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 produtora dos <\/span><b>Eventos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">postados na sua <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.3800000000000001; text-align: center; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>CONCEITOS IMPORTANTES<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Defini\u00e7\u00f5es importantes que auxiliar\u00e3o na compreens\u00e3o destes Termos.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Acompanhante:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pessoa f\u00edsica que poder\u00e1 ter seus dados pessoais inseridos pelo Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor, sob seu \u00fanico e exclusivo crit\u00e9rio e responsabilidade, em formul\u00e1rios de Listas de Convidados da Plataforma.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Anti-Spam:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sistema que evita correspond\u00eancias n\u00e3o desejadas, como publicidade em massa, pelo bloqueio de mensagens ou as movendo para pasta espec\u00edfica.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Chargeback: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cancelamento de uma compra online realizada atrav\u00e9s de cart\u00e3o de d\u00e9bito ou cr\u00e9dito, que pode acontecer em virtude do n\u00e3o reconhecimento da compra pelo titular do cart\u00e3o ou ainda pelo fato de a transa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o obedecer \u00e0s regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es previstas nos contratos, termos, aditivos e manuais editados pelas administradoras de cart\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Consumidor:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> termo utilizado para designar pessoas que adquirem ingressos, pagos ou gratuitos, para os eventos criados pelos Organizadores.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Contesta\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> reclama\u00e7\u00e3o de cobran\u00e7a indevida, solicitada pelo titular do cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito junto \u00e0 operadora de seu cart\u00e3o, podendo ser iniciada por diversas raz\u00f5es, tais como o esquecimento de que a compra foi realizada, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do cart\u00e3o por outros membros da fam\u00edlia, ou ainda, resultado de uma compra fraudulenta realizada por terceiros.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Estorno:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a\u00e7\u00e3o de estornar cr\u00e9dito ou d\u00e9bito indevidamente lan\u00e7ado.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Evento:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Todos os acontecimentos (festas, espet\u00e1culos, comemora\u00e7\u00f5es, congressos, cursos, atividades, solenidades, etc) criados por um <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, divulgados e\/ou com venda de ingressos e lista de convidados por meio da <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Link:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> terminologia para endere\u00e7o de internet.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Lista de Convidado:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Listas criadas pelo Organizador que podem conter os nomes de Consumidores e Acompanhantes que confirmam ou tiveram seus nomes confirmados no Evento. De acordo com as configura\u00e7\u00f5es do Organizador, essas listas poder\u00e3o ser p\u00fablicas ou privadas.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Look and feel:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> conceito visual geral de uma obra protegida por direito de propriedade intelectual.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Organizador:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> termo utilizado para designar pessoas (f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas) que criam eventos pr\u00f3prios atrav\u00e9s da <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets.events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e os divulgam para <\/span><b>Consumidores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Participantes:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> termo utilizado para designar pessoas que usufruem dos ingressos adquiridos pelos Consumidores. Caso os Consumidores adquiram ingressos em nome pr\u00f3prio ser\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m Participantes. Por outro lado, caso o Consumidor adquira ingressos em proveito de terceiros, estes ser\u00e3o considerados t\u00e3o somente Participantes, e n\u00e3o Consumidores.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Plataforma Lets Events:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> designa a plataforma tecnol\u00f3gica dispon\u00edvel para organizadores e casas de eventos, facilitando a venda de ingressos, inscri\u00e7\u00e3o para eventos, cobran\u00e7a de contribui\u00e7\u00f5es para eventos e a gest\u00e3o de participantes, acess\u00edvel no endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lets.events\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/lets.events\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, propriedade da <\/span><b>LETS SOFTWARE LTDA.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, inscrita no CNPJ\/MF sob o n\u00ba 21.776.736\/0001-26, com sede \u00e0 rua Rua Rio Grande do Norte, 1435, Sala 708, em Belo Horizonte\/MG, CEP: 30.130-138<\/span><\/p><p><b>Usu\u00e1rio:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> termo utilizado para designar, quando referidos em conjunto, Organizadores, Consumidores e pessoas que navegam na <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets.events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Webmastering:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> compreende a cria\u00e7\u00e3o, programa\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento, controle e disponibilidade de p\u00e1ginas de internet.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>COMO SE CADASTRAR COMO USU\u00c1RIO?<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para o cadastro e utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> como um <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, voc\u00ea dever\u00e1 preencher as seguintes informa\u00e7\u00f5es:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nome completo;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CPF<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-mail<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Senha<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recomendamos que o <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inclua senhas fortes no cadastro, de no m\u00ednimo 10 caracteres, incluindo letras mai\u00fasculas e min\u00fasculas, n\u00fameros e caracteres especiais, de forma que seja alcan\u00e7ada maior seguran\u00e7a das suas informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O cadastro tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 ser realizado por meio de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de outros provedores <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">na sua <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conta Google<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conta Facebook<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a crit\u00e9rio do <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> n\u00e3o tem prerrogativa para fazer qualquer altera\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o insista.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>FUNCIONALIDADES LETS EVENTS<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9 uma plataforma que funciona como uma ferramenta de integra\u00e7\u00e3o social, por meio da qual o <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">poder\u00e1, a seu crit\u00e9rio, buscar e participar de <\/span><b>Eventos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, confirmar a sua presen\u00e7a neles, incluir seus dados, de <\/span><b>Participantes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e de <\/span><b>Acompanhantes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> em<\/span><b> Lista de Convidados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e\/ou adquirir ingressos.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>4.1. Compra de Ingressos<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deve estar apto a efetuar o pagamento do ingresso, de acordo com as formas e condi\u00e7\u00f5es informadas na <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> desde j\u00e1 se declara ciente que \u00e9 de sua \u00fanica e exclusiva responsabilidade quando da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da compra:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inserir os dados corretos, completos e atualizados, sob pena de ter sua compra invalidada, a crit\u00e9rio do <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, e ter que, caso tenha interesse, efetuar novamente a compra, estando sujeito \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es e disponibilidade de ingressos neste segundo momento.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arcar com o valor do ingresso at\u00e9 a data do vencimento da oferta de compra. Nesse caso, a compra poder\u00e1 ser submetida a um novo processo de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o, a qualquer momento. O <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ser\u00e1 notificado por e-mail, no mesmo endere\u00e7o associado a compra, caso o pedido seja suspenso ou cancelado pela <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efetuar o pagamento integral do ingresso para ter direito \u00e0 sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Caso n\u00e3o haja o pagamento de algum valor, seja ele \u00e0 vista ou parcelado, recaindo, o d\u00e9bito, sobre a d\u00edvida inteira ou somente alguma parcela do cart\u00e3o, o ingresso ser\u00e1 automaticamente cancelado.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em caso de roubo, furto ou extravio do cart\u00e3o utilizado para pagamento dos Ingressos, o Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por informar \u00e0 Plataforma Lets Events os dados do novo cart\u00e3o, de forma tempestiva, para que n\u00e3o haja o cancelamento do ingresso, conforme item acima.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na hip\u00f3tese de compra de ingressos nominais para crian\u00e7as e adolescentes que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o cadastrados na <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dever\u00e1, obrigatoriamente, ser pai, m\u00e3e ou respons\u00e1vel legal da crian\u00e7a ou adolescente ou obter as autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para inclus\u00e3o dos seus dados pessoais na <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, responsabilizando-se integralmente por essa a\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como pela legitimidade, precis\u00e3o e completude dos dados inclu\u00eddos.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>4.1.1. Todas as transa\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas atrav\u00e9s da <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">passam por processos internos, automatizados, de an\u00e1lise de risco de fraude, que poder\u00e3o ser complementados pelos nossos processadores de pagamentos.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O procedimento de an\u00e1lise de risco de fraude \u00e9 automatizado e essencial para garantir a seguran\u00e7a e a idoneidade das transa\u00e7\u00f5es e evitando ao m\u00e1ximo que o Consumidor seja v\u00edtima de fraude. A<\/span><b> Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o indica a cria\u00e7\u00e3o ou exclus\u00e3o de <\/span><b>Listas de Convidados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e tampouco tem qualquer responsabilidade sobre a inclus\u00e3o ou exclus\u00e3o de nomes <\/span><b>Listas de Convidados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Organizador do Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poder\u00e1 definir quais dados ser\u00e3o solicitados dos <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rios Consumidores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e dos <\/span><b>Acompanhantes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para preenchimento na <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, quando da confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de presen\u00e7a no <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> .<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Organizador do Evento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ter\u00e1 acesso a todos os dados pessoais do <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e dos <\/span><b>Acompanhantes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00e0 exce\u00e7\u00e3o de dados de cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito, boleto e PIX.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Acompanhante <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 acesso \u00e0 <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e a inclus\u00e3o dos seus dados pessoais \u00e9 realizada sob \u00fanica e exclusiva responsabilidade de quem realizou a inclus\u00e3o, seja o <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou o <\/span><b>Organizador do Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando a inclus\u00e3o de nomes de eventuais <\/span><b>Acompanhantes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9 realizada pelo <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sob sua \u00fanica e exclusiva responsabilidade e crit\u00e9rios, \u00e9 ele quem dever\u00e1 obter a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos <\/span><b>Acompanhantes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e\/ou de seus pais e\/ou respons\u00e1veis legais, conforme o caso, para realizar a inser\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando um <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">da <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9 inclu\u00eddo na <\/span><b>Lista de Convidados e Participantes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de um <\/span><b>Evento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">na <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ele poder\u00e1 receber um e-mail da<\/span><b> Plataforma<\/b> <b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, com todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis acerca do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A<\/span><b> Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> n\u00e3o tem qualquer responsabilidade sobre as informa\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o enviadas, sendo t\u00e3o somente o ve\u00edculo que carrega a informa\u00e7\u00e3o para o <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4.3. Entrega de Ingressos<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assim que o pagamento for aprovado, o ingresso\/acesso ao evento ser\u00e1 enviado em formato eletr\u00f4nico (PDF) ao e-mail indicado pelo <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, logo ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento. Isso significa que pagamentos em tempo real habilitam que o acesso a ele seja imediato.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 acessar os ingressos diretamente na sua <\/span><b>Conta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, na aba \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meus Ingressos<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, podendo ser salvos tamb\u00e9m no seu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google Wallet<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> declara estar ciente de que cada ingresso possui o seu QR CODE (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c\u00f3digo alfanum\u00e9rico \u00fanico, representado em algarismos e C\u00f3digo de Barras)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> espec\u00edfico, que somente pode ser lido 01 (uma) \u00fanica vez pelo sistema do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s o recebimento, caber\u00e1 ao <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mant\u00ea-los em seguran\u00e7a, n\u00e3o os divulgando publicamente, sobretudo em redes sociais, ou permitindo o acesso de terceiros a ele.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O acesso do <\/span><b>Participante <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ao <\/span><b>Evento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">poder\u00e1 ser nominal, cabendo ao <\/span><b>Organizador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">decidir pela confer\u00eancia dessa informa\u00e7\u00e3o no momento de acesso ao <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A n\u00e3o confer\u00eancia dessa informa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o gerar\u00e1 qualquer tipo de expectativa de direito ou indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o. Caso um ingresso j\u00e1 tenha sido validado, ou seja, j\u00e1 tenha sido feito check-in do QR Code do ingresso, n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 liberado outro check-in, salvo por decis\u00e3o exclusiva do <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. N\u00e3o existe a menor possibilidade de existir um c\u00f3digo de QR code duplicado, desde que o consumidor e os participantes n\u00e3o compartilhem os seus ingressos e os mantenham em seguran\u00e7a.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>PROCEDIMENTO DE TRANSFER\u00caNCIA DE TITULARIDADE DO INGRESSO<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde que seja permitida pelo <\/span><b>Organizador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, e nos termos determinados por eles nas configura\u00e7\u00f5es escolhidas e habilitadas pelo <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o Consumidor poder\u00e1 efetuar a troca de titularidade do ingresso na <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, mas isso n\u00e3o implicar\u00e1, necessariamente, na troca da titularidade financeira do pedido de compra, que permanecer\u00e1 no seu nome:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A troca de titularidade poder\u00e1 ser feita uma vez, atrav\u00e9s da gera\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo QR CODE pelo <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a\u00e7\u00e3o que imediatamente invalidar\u00e1 o primeiro QR code. Nesse caso, o <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9 o \u00fanico respons\u00e1vel por entregar o novo ingresso para o novo titular. \u00c9 fundamental que o consumidor comprador do ingresso tenha aten\u00e7\u00e3o para entregar o novo ingresso que foi gerado e n\u00e3o o ingresso anterior \u00e0 troca de titularidade, uma vez que ap\u00f3s a troca de titularidade o QR Code e o ingresso anterior ser\u00e1 invalidado.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A troca de titularidade tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 ocorrer atrav\u00e9s da gera\u00e7\u00e3o de um link para troca de titularidade. Nesse caso, o novo <\/span><b>Participante <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dever\u00e1 se cadastrar na <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para aceitar a transfer\u00eancia de titularidade. Isso significa que \u00e9 fundamental que essa transa\u00e7\u00e3o seja realizada antes do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, j\u00e1 que o novo <\/span><b>Participante <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dever\u00e1 inserir seus dados na <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">antes <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de realizar o check-in no <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando houver troca de titularidade na <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00e9 importante entender que todos os prazos, direitos e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o ingresso s\u00e3o aproveitados e remontam \u00e0 data da compra original.<\/span><\/p><p><b>ATEN\u00c7\u00c3O!<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> H\u00e1 pessoas mal intencionadas que cometem fraudes, atrav\u00e9s da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cadeia de consumo sobre um \u00fanico ingresso, em preju\u00edzo \u00e0s v\u00edtimas. Por esse motivo, a nossa <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o autoriza a transfer\u00eancia do ingresso mais de uma vez. No entanto, o <\/span><b>Organizador do Evento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">poder\u00e1 alterar a titularidade para o consumidor mais de uma vez a seu exclusivo crit\u00e9rio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A responsabilidade pelas transa\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas fora da Plataforma n\u00e3o s\u00e3o da Lets. Em nenhuma hip\u00f3tese, a <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">poder\u00e1 ser responsabilizada por ingressos adquiridos de terceiros, n\u00e3o <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">podendo atestar a sua verdadeira origem ou veracidade.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>VALORES E EMISS\u00c3O DE NOTA FISCAL<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00a0 <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cobra uma taxa de servi\u00e7os pelo uso da <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de compras, que \u00e9 calculada sobre as vendas processadas na ferramenta. \u00c9 uma op\u00e7\u00e3o do <\/span><b>Organizador do Evento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">repass\u00e1-la diretamente ao <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou absorv\u00ea-la.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A taxa de servi\u00e7o padr\u00e3o da Lets \u00e9 7,99% mas dependendo dos servi\u00e7os prestados, pode variar para mais ou para menos, chegando\u00a0 at\u00e9 15% (quinze por cento) sobre o valor do ingresso pago. O valor da taxa m\u00ednima \u00e9 de R$ 2,00 (dois reais) at\u00e9 R$ 4,00 (quatro reais). O valor da taxa pode variar tamb\u00e9m conforme limita\u00e7\u00f5es estaduais e municipais ou no caso de organizador escolher oferecer ao consumidor parcelamento sem juros do valor do ingresso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O valor das taxas de servi\u00e7o aplic\u00e1veis ao evento podem ser verificadas no momento de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da compra pelo <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 cobrada taxa de servi\u00e7o na distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de ingressos gratuitos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> somente emite Nota Fiscal para <\/span><b>Organizadores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tendo em vista serem estes os tomadores dos servi\u00e7os prestados.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>POL\u00cdTICA DE PROCESSAMENTO DE CANCELAMENTO<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 do <\/span><b>Organizador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a responsabilidade de comunicar aos <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aos potenciais <\/span><b>Consumidores <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e aos <\/span><b>Participantes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a sua pol\u00edtica de cancelamento, que deve ser compat\u00edvel com a limita\u00e7\u00e3o de per\u00edodo de reembolso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O pedido de cancelamento ocorre sob responsabilidade \u00fanica e exclusiva do <\/span><b>Consumidor, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que deve informar-se sobre essa pol\u00edtica antes da compra do ingresso e, caso deseje solicitar o cancelamento de um ingresso, dever\u00e1 entrar em contato com o <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, atrav\u00e9s de e-mail, obrigatoriamente com o e-mail utilizado na compra do ingresso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Somente o <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">poder\u00e1 realizar o pedido de cancelamento de uma compra, o <\/span><b>Participante <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o tem essa prerrogativa, salvo se for a mesma pessoa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Organizador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do <\/span><b>Evento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pode, a seu exclusivo crit\u00e9rio, permitir a convers\u00e3o do valor do ingresso em cr\u00e9dito para ser utilizado em outro <\/span><b>Evento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que ele est\u00e1 organizando, sendo tamb\u00e9m respons\u00e1vel por determinar o prazo m\u00e1ximo para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o deste cr\u00e9dito. O montante do valor convertido em cr\u00e9dito para ser utilizado em outro <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, somente pode ser utilizado em outro evento do mesmo <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na hip\u00f3tese de ser solicitado\/autorizado o processamento do cancelamento pelo <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> enviar\u00e1 notifica\u00e7\u00e3o para <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o e-mail utilizado na compra do ingresso<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, informando detalhes sobre o processo de reembolso e o prazo, a depender do tipo de pagamento realizado originariamente:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Compra via cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: se o pagamento do ingresso foi realizado com cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito, o valor pago originalmente ser\u00e1 devolvido ao mesmo cart\u00e3o registrado para efetuar o pagamento e aparecer\u00e1 na pr\u00f3xima fatura ou na subsequente, dependendo da data de fechamento da fatura e da data do pedido de cancelamento, conforme operadora do cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Compra via Boleto Banc\u00e1rio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: se o pagamento do ingresso foi realizado por boleto, no ato do pedido de reembolso, dever\u00e1 informar uma Chave Pix, que dever\u00e1 ser da mesma pessoa que realizou a compra para receber a transfer\u00eancia do valor, que ocorrer\u00e1 em at\u00e9 24 (vinte e quatro) horas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Compra via PIX:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> caso o pagamento seja feito por pix, o reembolso ser\u00e1 efetuado diretamente na mesma conta banc\u00e1ria utilizada para pagamento do Pix, em at\u00e9 10 (dez) minutos.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Compras via cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito internacional, emitido fora do Brasil, processadas pelo meio de pagamento Stripe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: o valor pago originalmente ser\u00e1 devolvido ao mesmo cart\u00e3o registrado para efetuar o pagamento com um decr\u00e9scimo de 6% sobre o valor e aparecer\u00e1 na pr\u00f3xima fatura ou na subsequente, dependendo da data de fechamento da fatura e da data do pedido de cancelamento, conforme operadora do cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel fazer estorno parcial de uma compra, uma vez que as operadoras de cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito n\u00e3o aceitam estornos parciais e somente processam o estorno total de uma compra.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por qualquer equ\u00edvoco ou atraso no cadastramento de dados banc\u00e1rios para reembolso de valores.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>10.1. Pol\u00edtica de Cancelamento de compra por ind\u00edcios de fraude<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em compras com ind\u00edcios de fraude, a <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poder\u00e1 solicitar ao <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a c\u00f3pia digitalizada dos documentos do titular do cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito utilizado nas compras, bem como do pr\u00f3prio cart\u00e3o utilizado, visando legitim\u00e1-las. Neste caso, o contato ser\u00e1 feito atrav\u00e9s dos nossos canais oficiais.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O prazo de envio de tal documenta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 estabelecido na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial, de acordo com a data e hor\u00e1rio em que o evento ocorrer\u00e1, de forma que, remetido o documento pelo <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">far\u00e1 a an\u00e1lise competente e dar\u00e1 um retorno atrav\u00e9s do mesmo e-mail utilizado para a compra ou outro canal de contato oficial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na hip\u00f3tese de os documentos n\u00e3o serem enviados pelo <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no prazo determinado, ficar\u00e1 a cargo da <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cancelar\/suspender a transa\u00e7\u00e3o, a seu exclusivo crit\u00e9rio, sem que tal fato gere expectativa de direito ou indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer esp\u00e9cie.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>10.2. Direito de arrependimento<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em caso de arrependimento de compra e pedido de <\/span><b>reembolso integral <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do valor do ingresso, a <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> garante a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o integral do valor ao <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, desde que acumuladas duas condi\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O pedido deve ser realizado em at\u00e9 7 (sete) dias corridos, contados da data de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da compra; e<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O pedido deve ser realizado em at\u00e9 48 (quarenta e oito) horas antes do in\u00edcio do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para solicitar o cancelamento com reembolso, quando cumpridas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es acima, o <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dever\u00e1 por conta pr\u00f3pria entrar na p\u00e1gina do evento ou na <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">home <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">da lets, no link https\/\/:lets.events e acessar a aba \u201cmeus ingressos\u201d, ir at\u00e9 a compra que deseja solicitar o reembolso e clicar em solicitar reembolso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caso a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o seja enviada fora do prazo de 7 (sete) dias e\/ou ap\u00f3s as 48 (quarenta e oito) horas que antecedem o <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, na data do evento ou ap\u00f3s esta, os pedidos dever\u00e3o ser realizados diretamente ao <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que \u00e9, em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, o \u00fanico e exclusivo respons\u00e1vel pela an\u00e1lise de poss\u00edvel concess\u00e3o de reembolso em caso de cancelamentos ou desist\u00eancia da compra pelo <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>POL\u00cdTICA DE CONTESTA\u00c7\u00c3O E ESTORNOS<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> chargeback<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 uma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o de cobran\u00e7a alegadamente indevida, solicitada pelo titular do cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito junto \u00e0 operadora do cart\u00e3o. As contesta\u00e7\u00f5es reportadas ser\u00e3o analisadas pela operadora, pelos processadores de pagamentos ou pela pr\u00f3pria <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ir\u00e1 conduzir as disputas abertas pelos Consumidores, tais como, mas n\u00e3o se limitando a chargebacks (contesta\u00e7\u00f5es), reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, cancelamentos e estornos. Nesse caso, a <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ir\u00e1 iniciar e processar cancelamentos sem necessidade de interven\u00e7\u00e3o ou aprova\u00e7\u00e3o sempre que verificar:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o cumprimento da pol\u00edtica de reembolsos do evento e\/ou do C\u00f3digo de Defesa do <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, por parte do <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detec\u00e7\u00e3o de ind\u00edcios de fraude em compras realizadas, estejam elas pendentes de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o ou j\u00e1 aprovadas, sejam tais riscos provenientes do <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou do <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelamento do evento;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erro t\u00e9cnico no processamento da transa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00famero elevado de queixas referentes a um determinado <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, por parte dos <\/span><b>Consumidores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">somente realizar\u00e1 a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do valor pago pelo ingresso, descontado o valor da taxa de servi\u00e7o, quando o <\/span><b>Organizador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tiver o valor retido na sua conta. Caso n\u00e3o haja valores a receber pelo <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">informar\u00e1 o <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sobre a necessidade de buscar os valores junto ao respons\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se houver suspeita e\/ou certeza de ocorr\u00eancia de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de abertura de disputa de forma fraudulenta, a <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poder\u00e1 investigar o background da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o e, a partir da\u00ed, adotar uma s\u00e9rie de a\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a conta do <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nessa situa\u00e7\u00e3o, quando houver muitos chargebacks registrados contra um <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ind\u00edcios de fraude sobre o <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) ou originados da conta de um \u00fanico <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de forma recorrente, o <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poder\u00e1, a seu \u00fanico e exclusivo crit\u00e9rio:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suspender a Conta do <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; e<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Banir a <\/span><b>Conta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>CANCELAMENTO OU ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O SUBSTANCIAL DE EVENTO E EVENTO PRODUZIDO EM DESCONFORMIDADE COM O QUE FOI ANUNCIADO<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 mero intermedi\u00e1rio da rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, n\u00e3o podendo ser considerado respons\u00e1vel, perante o <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e\/ou o <\/span><b>Participante<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pela qualidade dos servi\u00e7os prestados, veracidade da oferta inclu\u00edda na <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou pela aus\u00eancia de presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o do <\/span><b>Organizador do Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Organizador do Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 o \u00fanico respons\u00e1vel por arcar com o reembolso e\/ou indeniza\u00e7\u00f5es de todos os <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rios Consumidores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, independentemente do motivo, caso o evento n\u00e3o seja entregue em sua plenitude, conforme anunciado na plataforma e outros canais de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apesar de n\u00e3o ser respons\u00e1vel pelo reembolso de <\/span><b>Consumidores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets Events, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quando do cancelamento de um evento, pode realizar a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o integral dos valores, descontada a taxa de servi\u00e7o, desde que o <\/span><b>Organizador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: (i) tenha o valor em caixa; e (ii) devolva os valores eventualmente retirados do caixa da <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> antes do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se for o caso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caso o <\/span><b>Organizador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> n\u00e3o disponibilize os valores, a<\/span><b> Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poder\u00e1 notific\u00e1-lo sobre a viola\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo Penal, no seu art. 168, sobre apropria\u00e7\u00e3o ind\u00e9bita, e desde j\u00e1 se coloca \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rios Consumidores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> prejudicados para cooperar, tanto quanto poss\u00edvel, a reaver os valores pagos pelos ingressos do <\/span><b>Organizador do Evento Cancelado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caso o <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cancele um evento, em prazo inferior a 48 (quarenta e oito) horas da data de in\u00edcio do evento, dever\u00e1 reembolsar integralmente o valor pago ao <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sem que haja qualquer responsabilidade de restitui\u00e7\u00e3o por parte do <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sempre que o <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">seja solicitada pelo <\/span><b>Organizador <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, e mediante disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do caixa necess\u00e1rio ao pagamento de 100% do valor devido pelo <\/span><b>Organizador do Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ser\u00e1 avisado sobre o reembolso integral atrav\u00e9s de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o, por e-mail, em at\u00e9 5 (cinco) dias \u00fateis do cancelamento, no e-mail usado na compra do Ingresso, informando qua<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l \u00e9 o processo de reembolso e o prazo.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>OBRIGA\u00c7\u00d5ES DA LETS EVENTS<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prestar\u00e1 seus servi\u00e7os da maneira como est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis e de acordo com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es descritas nestes<\/span><b> Termos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, mantendo o <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> informado sobre quaisquer altera\u00e7\u00f5es e atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es deste documento e atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es da <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que poder\u00e1 passar por aprimoramentos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As obriga\u00e7\u00f5es da <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se limitam a:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preservar as funcionalidades da <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, com <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">links <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o-quebrados, utilizando-se de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">layouts <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que respeitem e privilegiem a usabilidade e navegabilidade dos <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e realizando as corre\u00e7\u00f5es e\/ou altera\u00e7\u00f5es eventualmente necess\u00e1rias.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exibir as funcionalidades de maneira clara, completa, precisa e suficiente, de modo que possibilite a exata percep\u00e7\u00e3o das opera\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assegurar a seguran\u00e7a da <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> direciona seus esfor\u00e7os para a disponibilidade cont\u00ednua e permanente de sua <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entende que, em caso de indisponibilidade, a <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">far\u00e1 tudo que estiver ao seu alcance para restabelecer, o mais breve poss\u00edvel, o acesso \u00e0 plataforma, dentro das limita\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas de seus servi\u00e7os pr\u00f3prios e dos servi\u00e7os de terceiros.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 nenhuma responsabilidade pelas seguintes situa\u00e7\u00f5es e o Consumidor, desde j\u00e1, isenta ela de qualquer obriga\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada a:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pelo descumprimento do <\/span><b>Consumidor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou do <\/span><b>Organizador do Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es legais e contratuais, sendo certo que, em nenhuma hip\u00f3tese, a <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, seus propriet\u00e1rios, gerentes, funcion\u00e1rios, prepostos, agentes e\/ou terceiros trabalhando em seu nome, responder\u00e3o pelo pagamento de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o ao <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e\/ou <\/span><b>Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e\/ou <\/span><b>Participante <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou seus herdeiros, sucessores e representantes legais, por danos materiais, morais, lucros cessantes e danos emergentes porventura decorrentes dessas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es descumpridas.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indisponibilidade tempor\u00e1ria decorrente de necessidade de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, conforme for informado para os Usu\u00e1rios, na medida do poss\u00edvel, com anteced\u00eancia, atrav\u00e9s dos canais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o oficiais da<\/span><b> Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danos diretos ou indiretos que o <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> possa ter em decorr\u00eancia do mau uso da plataforma.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por qualquer dano ou preju\u00edzo com envio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es ou de conte\u00fado publicit\u00e1rio que n\u00e3o tenham sido disparados pela pr\u00f3pria <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, e tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o se responsabiliza pelo conte\u00fado das opini\u00f5es postadas na p\u00e1gina dos <\/span><b>Eventos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Casos fortuitos, de for\u00e7a maior e fatos de terceiros, assim considerados alguns tipos espec\u00edficos de fatos que fogem do seu controle e gerenciamento, como paralisa\u00e7\u00f5es, parciais ou totais, dos seus servi\u00e7os, decorrentes de falta tempor\u00e1ria de energia el\u00e9trica, de pane nos servi\u00e7os das concession\u00e1rias, de falhas nos servi\u00e7os oferecidos pelas redes telef\u00f4nicas e outros provedores, inclusive provedores de hospedagem, de greves, tumultos ou quaisquer outros fatos que n\u00e3o estejam diretamente ligados ao servi\u00e7o, desastres naturais, falhas\/colapsos nos sistemas centrais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e acesso \u00e0 internet ou, ainda, fatos ocasionados por terceiros que fogem de sua esfera de vigil\u00e2ncia e responsabilidade, como ataques hacker e mesmo fatos sobre a produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos <\/span><b>Eventos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por eventuais falhas t\u00e9cnicas ou operacionais que prejudiquem ou inviabilizam o uso da <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">por determinado per\u00edodo de tempo, uma vez que tais falhas podem ocorrer e s\u00e3o esperadas pelo uso da tecnologia.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por eventuais grava\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00e1udio, v\u00eddeo ou quaisquer dados transmitidos ou compartilhados durante a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um <\/span><b>Evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>Participante <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9 o \u00fanico respons\u00e1vel pelo cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de alguma funcionalidade ou ferramenta que possibilite a grava\u00e7\u00e3o do conte\u00fado transmitido pelo <\/span><b>Organizador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>LETS EVENTS N\u00c3O \u00c9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ORGANIZADORA OU PRODUTORA DE EVENTOS, N\u00c3O PODENDO SER RESPONS\u00c1VEL POR <\/span><b>EVENTOS <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CADASTRADO NA <\/span><b>PLATAFORMA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. QUALQUER TIPO DE INTERCORR\u00caNCIA NA RELA\u00c7\u00c3O COMERCIAL HAVIDA ENTRE O <\/span><b>USU\u00c1RIO CONSUMIDOR <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E O <\/span><b>ORGANIZADOR DO EVENTO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00c9 RESPONSABILIDADE DESTE.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>OBRIGA\u00c7\u00d5ES DO USU\u00c1RIO\u00a0<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 obriga\u00e7\u00e3o do <\/span><b>Usu\u00e1rio Consumidor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> utilizar a <\/span><b>Plataforma <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de acordo com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es descritas nestes<\/span><b> Termos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e em legisla\u00e7\u00f5es aplic\u00e1veis, obrigando-se a:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inserir dados corretos, completos e atualizados na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o (onerosa ou gratuita) dos ingressos. Caso contr\u00e1rio, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser invalidada. Caso opte pelo pagamento com cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito, a cobran\u00e7a poder\u00e1 vir em nome da <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ou algum de nossos processadores de pagamentos;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprar os ingressos apenas atrav\u00e9s da Plataforma, ou em pontos de venda autorizados. A <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o se responsabiliza e n\u00e3o atesta a veracidade ou confiabilidade de ingressos adquiridos de terceiros, ainda que em trocas de titularidade de ingressos comercializados pela sua <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, outros sites ou qualquer ponto de venda n\u00e3o autorizado, ficando o Consumidor ciente que ao fazer tal aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o estar\u00e1 correndo o risco de ser v\u00edtima de golpe, fraude etc.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participar do processo de apura\u00e7\u00e3o de eventuais fraudes nas transa\u00e7\u00f5es efetuadas, fornecendo todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e documentos que forem solicitados atrav\u00e9s dos canais oficiais da <\/span><b>Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da sua identidade\/capacidade de pagamento.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promover a seguran\u00e7a do ingresso a partir do momento em que o receber, n\u00e3o divulgando-o publicamente, sobretudo em redes sociais, ou permitindo o acesso de terceiros a ele;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arcar com a taxa eventualmente cobrada pela processadora de pagamentos, para fins de saque do cr\u00e9dito decorrente do estorno, no caso de cancelamento da compra por style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deve usar o <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sempre de maneira honesta e \u00e9tica, bem como se abster de qualquer tipo de conduta abusiva, terceiro ou direitos da <\/span><b>Plataforma Lets Events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realizar qualquer tipo de tentativa de fraude ou manipula\u00e7\u00e3o no uso da <\/span><b>Plataforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scripts <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">automatizados para recolher informa\u00e7\u00f5es ou interagir com o ambiente da <\/span><b>Lets Events <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou com qualquer meio eletr\u00f4nico, a exemplo de s\u00edtios eletr\u00f4nicos, de 400;\">spider<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scrapping <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou de minera\u00e7\u00e3o de dados, de qualquer tipo ou esp\u00e9cie, al\u00e9m de outro aqui n\u00e3o tipificado, mas que atue de modo automatizado, tanto para realizar opera\u00e7\u00f5es massificadas, quanto para quaisquer
